This report targets reformation specifically in the Pájaro Valley and aims to guide future recommendations for climate action and resilience plans in Santa Cruz County.

The Impacts of Seawater Desalination on Marine Life in Monterey County
My policy analysis reports the impacts of seawater desalination on ecological habitats and marine organisms in Monterey Bay, California. A variety of perspectives from various stakeholders on the topic are considered and explored. Various alternatives have and still are being explored and evaluated with a standard set of criteria including economic, social, and environmental costs and benefits. Water is a necessity and is unfortunately becoming scarce in the state of California due to unsustainable practices. I was able to communicate these stakeholder perspectives in an unbiased manner and show that their motives for choosing a particular alternative can be validated by the set of criteria.
